A young woman with a disability who travels in a wheelchair has reported that the Irish airline Ryanair prevented her from traveling from Seville to the Italian city of Milan, alleging that her chair did not comply with the required measures.
On social media, the young woman claims that she asked if there was any problem traveling with the chair and that the airline responded that the chair had the correct measurements and she could board.
However, he adds that when he was inside the plane they reported that the chair does not have the correct measurements and that it cannot fly, so the company offers two options: “For me not to fly or for me to fly and damage the ‘joystick’ of the chair, without anyone being able to guarantee if they would be able to fix it there in Italy,” says the young woman in the video that she has spread on social networks. “These are my feet and my hands. How am I going to move around Italy if I can’t fix that, it doesn’t make any sense,” she adds.
