A 48-year-old woman is in serious condition after suffering several traumas and stab wounds to the head last night when she was at her home in the Madrid district of San Blas.
A spokeswoman for Madrid Emergencies has informed EFE that the event occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Friday in a home on Lenceros Street.
A Samur Civil Protection team went to the scene and treated the woman, stabilized her and transferred her in serious condition to the Gregorio Marañón Hospital.
In addition, members of the National Police, which is investigating what happened, and the Municipal Police have intervened, the source added.
