The Civil Guard of the Guadalajara Command has arrested two people as alleged perpetrators of a crime of fraud and misappropriation committed in the town of Horche (Guadalajara).
The detainees, a 41-year-old woman detained in Villanueva de la Torre, and a 33-year-old man, detained in the city of Guadalajara, both of Spanish nationality, had been reported last Monday by the owner of a hotel establishment in Horche.
The owner appeared at the Civil Guard’s official offices reporting that the couple who had stayed for ten days in the establishment he ran, left without paying for the stay, also taking the television and the room keys.
The Roca Group of the Guadalajara Civil Guard Command took charge of the investigation and as a result of the investigations carried out, they located and proceeded to arrest the two for the alleged crimes of misappropriation and fraud.
The Civil Guard has carried out proceedings and has brought those arrested to justice as alleged perpetrators of the crimes of fraud and misappropriation.
