The police detected a strong smell of alcohol on his breath and asked him to leave the dock. However, Scott walked backwards while yelling obscenities at the yacht’s occupants. He eventually left the area but returned shortly after, attempting to board the yacht again.
When confronted by officers, Travis Scott ignored their commands, became erratic, and disturbed local residents with his shouting.
