Dabiz Muñoz is the last of the culinary elite chefs to export his proposal to Dubai. The three-star DiverXo, in Madrid, has just opened its latest StreetXo restaurant in the One tourist complex
With a street spirit, the chosen Best Chef in the World for the third consecutive year, offers in this establishment a menu with classics to share, such as the Pekingese dumpling, the club sandwich, the Pedroche croquettes, the RamenXO or the Vietnamese nem. As well as specialty drinks, including Ceviche Sour, DiverXO Madrizzzzz or Tom Kha Ka.
The aesthetics and interior of the restaurant follow the punk and transgressive style that characterizes the rest of the proposals in the Muñoz universe. In Dubai, the entrance is converted into a graffiti-painted tunnel, which customers must pass through to access the bar, crowned by lava lamps. The space has a living room, a dining room and a terrace, where furniture, works of art, LED mirrors and sculptures are displayed, with which they aim to create an extravagant “organized chaos.”
