The new music festival MVP Music Days Badalona (Barcelonès Nord) will fill the city with musical proposals of different styles and for all audiences during the first weekend of the May Fiestas. On May 4, 5, 6 and 7, the Palacio Municipal de Deportes will host concerts by artists such as Justin Quiles, Beret, Andy y Lucas or David DeMaría that will be divided into thematic days: the first night will be dedicated to urban music; the second, in flamenco music; and the third, in Spanish pop-rock. The festival will close on Sunday with a morning session aimed at children and families with the artist Damaris Gelabert.

The three nights of concerts will begin at 7:30 p.m. and end around 11 p.m. The Sunday morning session will take place between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The poster for days of the MVP Music Days Badalona is as follows: Thursday, May 4: Justin Quiles, Saiko and Jeipy; Friday May 5: Andy and Lucas, David DeMaría and Los Rebujitos; Saturday May 6: Beret, Meler and Aina Da Silva; Sunday May 7: Damaris Gelabert and other children’s performances.

The MVP Music Days Badalona is an event promoted by the Badalona promoter DQuality Group with the collaboration of the Badalona City Council. Tickets for every night will be priced from 18 euros and Sunday, thanks to the support of the City Council, will cost 5 euros. The beneficiaries of the Youth Cultural Bonus will be able to use them to purchase tickets to the festival.

The new festival has been presented this Friday morning at the Hotel Marina Badalona in an act in which the mayor of Badalona, ??Rubén Guijarro; the Councilor for Culture and Mobility, Anna Maria Lara; and Ernest Hidalgo, founding partner of the promoter DQuality Group.

During the presentation, the mayor Rubén Guijarro stated that “the MVP Music Days Badalona music festival will be a success not only because of the artists that will participate, but also because of the affordable prices and the range of shows on offer that are designed for every taste”. According to the mayor, “this Festival will be the start of the best May Festival in history.”

For her part, the Councilor for the Area of ??Culture and Mobility, Anna Maria Lara, stated that this festival is an “important event within the May Festival” and that she hopes that “for many years the first weekend of the festivities will begin with this great festival of three nights of concerts” that he hopes will be “very well received by the people of the city and by people who come from outside”.
