Roasted in the oven, in risottos, in pies or pureed, pumpkin is one of the ingredients that cannot be missing in your autumn dishes. Sumptuous and a sweet spot, it is a delight that everyone tends to like. We propose a recipe for pumpkin puree with Thermomix that you won’t be able to stop preparing for your spoon dinners.
> 1 leek
> 450 grams of pumpkin
> 2 carrots
> 1 medium potato
> 30 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil
> 1 teaspoon salt
> 500 milliliters of water
1.Wash, peel and cut the vegetables.
2.Place the leek slices in the Thermomix glass. Program 3 seconds, at speed 5. With the help of a spatula, remove any remains that remain on the walls and lid of the glass.
3.Add the oil and program 8 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 2.
4. Add the carrots, potatoes, pumpkin and salt to the food processor glass.
5. Add the water and program 30 minutes, varoma temperature and speed 1½.
6. Let the temperature of the Thermomix drop to 80º and then program 1 minute, progressive speed 5-7-10.
7. Serve hot.
