Our furry friends are smarter than we think. They can interpret facial expressions of their human friends. They also understand a large group of words, in addition to responding to more than two hundred specific words. Nor should we forget their ability to follow orders and identify some objects.
All these skills are known, but they never cease to surprise us when we see them, something we do very often through social networks.
The latest furry animal that has amazed users has been a friendly Yorkshire Terrier, called Sophie, who is able to distinguish a stuffed dolphin among a whole row of animals. Even though her owner made it difficult for her, the dog did not fail.
According to a video posted on TikTok, the Yorkshire Terrier waits patiently next to a row of 13 stuffed animals, all of them different animals. And her human friend asks her to look for the dolphin they brought her as a gift from her trip to Cancun.
“I want you to go one by one and tell me which one the dolphin is. Go look for it,” he tells her. And the furry one goes out in search of him. He doesn’t hesitate at any time, he doesn’t even look at the other animals. He stands directly in front of the dolphin. He picks it up and takes it to his human friend.
“For those who doubt and say that we are crazy talking to them and that they don’t understand. Look at that beauty,” comments a TikTok user enthusiastically. “She has more intelligence than me,” says another. “That breed is crazy. It’s the best of all,” closes another.
