This small cake served in a cup has been in fashion in the United States for quite some time. It succeeds because it is a very easy and quick recipe to prepare. Once the measurements of the ingredients have been controlled, the secret is to choose the cup well. We recommend a 250 milliliter one that distributes the heat well (because there are cups that heat up on the outside but not very well on the inside). Once you have your mug cake, you can accompany it with cream, a scoop of ice cream or some slices of banana.
> 4 level tablespoons of flour
> 4 tablespoons of sugar
> 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
> 1/3 teaspoon baking powder
> 1 medium egg
> 3 tablespoons of milk
> 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
> Powdered sugar to decorate
1. In a small container, pour the level tablespoons of flour, the tablespoons of sugar, the cocoa powder and the yeast.
2. Mix the ingredients well with a fork.
3. Beat the egg and then mix with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Add the milk and oil and mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.
5. Choose a microwave-safe mug and pour the mixture into it. Do not fill it to the top, leave about three centimeters free.
6. Place the mug in the microwave, but place it on the edge of the turntable. Cook for three minutes at a power of 800 W, and halfway through cooking, turn the cup once.
7. Once cooked, decorate with powdered sugar and let it rest for about 5 minutes. You should not take it very hot, or completely cold.
