Capcom has been known for delivering great news to Ace Attorney fans, and they did it once again during the recent Nintendo Direct. They announced the release of the Ace Attorney Investigations Collection for the Switch on 6th September 2024. This collection brings together two DS adventures featuring the popular character Miles Edgeworth.

While the first game, Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, made its way to the West in 2010, the sequel, Ace Attorney Investigations 2, had never been released outside of Japan. Now, fans all over the world will finally get to experience this game under the new title Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit.

Unlike the main Ace Attorney series, the Investigations games have a different gameplay style, more akin to traditional point-and-click adventure games. Players control Miles Edgeworth as he moves around the screen, investigates objects, and talks to people to solve cases. The events in these games take place between Trials and Tribulations and Apollo Justice.

The Ace Attorney Investigations Collection comes with updated HD visuals, the option to switch between old and new art styles, multiple language choices, new character models, a gallery, and a sound test. Fans can expect the same level of quality seen in the recent Apollo Justice trilogy released earlier this year.

For those who are fans of the Ace Attorney series, this collection is a must-have. Will you be diving into the world of Investigations when it launches this September? Let us know in the comments section below.
