Daniel Sancho (29 years old) has remained in provisional detention in the Samui prison since last August 5, when he was arrested in Koh Phangan (Thailand), after confessing that day to the murder and dismemberment of the Colombian surgeon Edwin Arrieta, whose remains were scattered through the island and the sea.

Two months later, the testimonies of friends and family of both the victim and the confessed perpetrator, for whom a trial date has not yet been set, follow one another. And new victims of the young Spaniard also emerge.

This is the case of Richard William Medina, who claims that the son of actor Rodolfo Sancho broke his nose and his friend’s teeth with a glass when they went out one night out.

“He was insulting and berating us. He punched a friend of mine. From then on, there was an exchange of blows. Then he slapped a friend of mine, who had a glass in his hand. It ended up bouncing on him. his mouth and broke two of his teeth,” explains Medina, speaking to Telecinco’s TardeAR.

According to this young man’s version, in response to Sancho’s aggression, his friend went to ask him for explanations. And he attacked him again, punching and kicking him.

He also took some hits. “He punched me in the nose. He broke it. I fell to the ground and he continued kicking me. The metacarpal of my hand was affected,” Medina continues. The altercation ended when emergency services and police arrived.

Two years later, he assures that the justice system convicted Daniel Sancho for that attack. They received 14,000 euros between payments for costs and compensation for the damages received.
