Gerard Piqué and Clara Chía arrived this Wednesday at the Ciutat de la Justícia in Barcelona. The couple had to appear before the court today to ratify their claim for harassment against the photographer Jordi Martín.

Chía and Piqué have come in the same black vehicle, from which he got out first, and she has not done the same until the ex-Blaurgana has opened the door for her. Together they have advanced the few meters that separate the road from the Ciutat de la Justícia gate, flanked by assembled photojournalists and journalists.

The judge must decide after the complaint filed at the police station on May 10 by the former soccer player, who requests a restraining order so that the photojournalist Jordi Martín cannot approach them within 3000 meters.

The lawsuit derives from Piqué’s story, which states that the photojournalist accessed a private area of an establishment to take pictures of them. The paparazzi denies it, as he assures that he only works on public roads.

Jordi Martín arrived first at 11:00 a.m., visibly calm and accompanied by his lawyer, Ricardo Abía. Chía and Piqué arrived 25 minutes later and, without responding to the press, they entered the building. Piqué and Clara’s statement began a few minutes late, around 12:30 p.m., as revealed by Europa Press.
