Georgina Rodríguez and Cristiano Ronaldo are going through one of the hardest moments of their lives after the loss of one of their children during the twin birth that they faced almost a year ago. The influencer has decided to open up to the public and recount this dark experience in her new season of her reality show, which has already premiered on Netflix.
It is exactly this that generates more expectation of the new installment of the Cristiano couple’s series. As a catharsis, Georgina explains in great detail what the moments before the birth were like and how she lived, not only the shock of having lost one of her babies, but also how she had to tell her children about it.
“A piece of my heart flew away”, is how Georgina begins the new season of I’m Georgina. As the minutes of the first chapter go by, the last months of the influencer’s pregnancy are shown. “Each ultrasound scan I was very scared because I had previously had three abortions and I came home broken,” she assured.
If something becomes clear during the first chapter of this new installment, it is that Georgina has not overcome the death of her son Ángel and it will take her a long time to recover. “I did not want to accept the loss. I will never be the same,” says the model when she starts to tell her hard experience. “Every time I see Bella, I see her brother next to her and I wonder ‘Would he be like this? ‘” Explains the Argentine as she breaks down crying. “I feel like I’m not ready to think about it yet,” she adds.
Georgina also confesses that the months after what happened “she did things out of inertia” and that she was “very zombie-like for a long time.” Some statements that show the impact that she has caused in her life.
One of the aspects that Georgina had the worst after what happened was how she was going to face the moment of telling her other children. “She was not prepared to accept or acknowledge what had happened to me or to tell my children,” she confesses. She even comes to admit that she initially lied to them so as not to cause them harm. “Since he had a tummy, I told them that Ángel was still in his mother’s tummy and Ángel had decided not to be born yet, that he was going to be born later,” the model admits through tears.
However, Cristiano decided to choose the correct option and tell the truth to the little ones: “Cris told them ‘look, Angel is in heaven'”. With all this he began an emotional recovery that is still in progress and will take a long time to complete. “Cris had to stop, she needed her time, to be with us, to assimilate the great shock we are experiencing,” he admits.
After what happened, Georgina has decided to focus more than ever on her children. For this reason, she tells in her series that when she has to travel for work, she tries not to take more than a day to wake up with them. “Every moment it is more difficult for me to leave my children at home. I am very afraid that something could happen to them because I know how hard it is to lose a child, that a child gets sick, ”admits the influencer.
