The current Kings League InfoJobs and Queens League Oysho Splits will take place on April 20 at the WiZink Center in Madrid. Accustomed to offering a great show and a lot of emotion, this time it will be no less, and for this reason a special activity will be carried out: the Kings GP.
This sporting event was presented during the After of Super Monday. This is a kart race that will take place in the same grounds as the WiZink Center. The circuit will run along a walkway over the grass and through the tunnels of the pavilion, offering a unique experience for both the participants, the 12 clubs, and the spectators. They must win the title “either with each president driving or with the election of a previously selected driver,” they explained.
The Kings GP will consist of three races: two qualifying races and a grand final. In the qualifiers, the twelve teams will be divided into groups of six, and the best three in each group will advance to the final. The starting position in the final will be determined by the time recorded in the qualifiers, with professional drivers starting from the last positions to add excitement to the start of the race.
Jaime Alguersuari, former Formula 1 driver, was in charge of presenting one of the kart models live, making a striking entrance behind the wheel of one of the vehicles. This presentation led to another big announcement: the special participation of the Catalan and three-time MotoGP world champion, Jorge Lorenzo.
Both drivers will be available to drive in the service of one of the twelve teams, further raising the level of competitiveness and expectation in this memorable race in the Spanish capital, and giving an extra point in this spectacle.
