The grand finale of Big Brother DUO has suffered an unprecedented trigger. For the first time in the history of the reality show there has been no winner in the grand finale. As confirmed by Marta Flich, the program management has decided to postpone the proclamation of the winner to next Sunday, March 3 due to voting problems.
Throughout the night, errors of various kinds have been reported that prevented the normal development of the voting. Numerous followers of the program have complained about it on the networks throughout the final. And just when it seemed that the voting was going to close, Flich began to suggest the possibility that the next debate could end up being a final: “In a few minutes they will tell me if we take these extraordinary measures.”
As these errors could not be resolved and the program ran out of time to maneuver, it has been considered that the most fair thing is to wait until the voting system is fully operational. Therefore, we will have to wait to find out who wins the 50,000 euros prize.
This is how Flich explained it to the disbelief of the contestants, who even thought that they were returning to Guadalix’s house: “The App has collapsed, we apologize to all of you and that is why we have taken an exceptional measure. Not tonight “We proclaim the winner, we will do it on Sunday at a special gala. We extend the voting until Sunday.”
In this way, Asraf and Lucía will have to wait a few days to find out who is the brand new winner of the second edition of the DUO. Based on the percentages that have been shown throughout the theoretical final gala, everything is very even: only a few tenths separate the two contestants.
