The long-awaited return of the Grand Prix to Spanish television has already confirmed the 14 towns that will compete in the new season of the popular summer contest. TVE has revealed the names of the locations that will participate in this exciting contest that captivated the audience last year after a long time of waiting.
With Ramón García in charge of operations, the Grand Prix will return to the La 1 screen this summer, with an edition that promises more excitement and fun than ever. The number of participants has doubled compared to the previous year, which means an even more intense and exciting competition than before.
The selected towns represent the geographical and cultural diversity of Spain, with towns from Catalonia, Castilla y León, Balearic Islands, Galicia, Asturias, Extremadura, Cantabria, Madrid, Andalusia, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón, Castilla-La Mancha and the Valencian Community . Among them, Ondara stands out, the town of the Eurovision representatives Nebulossa.
The complete list of the 14 towns participating in the 2024 Grand Prix includes Almacelles, Bembibre, Binissalem, Burela, Cangas de Onís, Llerena, Medio de Cudeyo, Morata de Tajuña, Ondara, Olvera, San Adrián, Santo Domingo de la Calzada, Tauste and Villanueva de la Torre.
Although the full cast of the program has not yet been confirmed, Ramón García is expected to continue as host, accompanied by Cristinini as narrator and Wilbur as entertainer.
