Another blow for the journalist Marta Riesco. The one who was one of the most recognized reporters of The Ana Rosa Program will no longer be in the programs of the Unicorn Talent producer after a sudden decision.
As confirmed by La Razón, Antonio David Flores’s girlfriend has been fired from the production company after joining a leave that had been taken due to a health problem. The true and certain thing is that Riesco had become one of the television characters of the moment and on more than one occasion he crossed the professional barrier, such as when he starred in a live dispute with the collaborator of Sálvame Cristina Porta.
After a few hours of rest and after all the media commotion that her dismissal has caused, the communicator has uploaded an official statement to her Instagram account where she tells how she is doing and what she thinks of this decision by the company. The young woman has accompanied the statement with a photo where you can read the word ‘Indestructible’, her life motto together with her partner, Rocío Carrasco’s ex.
In the text, Riesco confirms that she was dismissed in a disciplinary manner and wanted to make two assessments: “I am not satisfied with the reasons that the company has given for dispensing with my services, so I announce that the dismissal is going to be challenged before the Social Court. On the advice of my lawyers, I am announcing that in the future I am not going to make statements about the development of the legal proceedings to challenge the dismissal that will take place in the coming months. I ask my colleagues in the media to respect this personal decision.” The young woman ended by saying that it is her turn to recover: ”Now it is my turn to recover as best as possible from this unfair situation and take care of my health and my family. Today more than ever, Indestructible”.
When the documentary Rocío came out, telling the truth to stay alive, popular opinion judged Antonio David and sentenced him as one of the most ‘mean’ people to have set foot on Mediaset. Instead, it was then that Marta decided to bet on him, even knowing that this would cause a long queue. Knowing what she supposes, Marta has always defended believing her boyfriend and being very much in love with him.
During all these months, thousands of people have poured hate on the journalist and Antonio David, but they have also found a following of fans who support them fiercely. And not just fans, many co-workers have expressed their disagreement with the production company’s decision, for which Marta wanted to publicly thank: ”I want to thank so many co-workers at UNICORN CONTENT and MEDIASET for the good times we’ve had spent together in recent years. Some of them have already expressed their solidarity to me with this totally unexpected and especially damaging decision at this time, for the reasons that you can already surmise.”
