The Madrid gastronomic scene dresses up with the opening of the new Casa Salesas restaurant, an ambitious project led by businessman Íñigo Onieva, known for being Tamara Falcó’s husband, and former VOX spokesperson in Congress, Iván Espinosa de los Monteros . Located in the central Justicia neighborhood, Casa Salesas is presented as the new ‘place to be’, fusing contemporary cuisine, cocktails and a select atmosphere.
The Casa Salesas bistro is the first project of the Casablanca Hospitality company, founded by Onieva together with Manuel Campos Guallar, José Luis López, also known as El Turronero, and Iván Espinosa de los Monteros. With a proposal of uninterrupted cuisine and a strong commitment to cocktails, the restaurant seeks to stand out as a benchmark in the Madrid gastronomic scene.
The inauguration of the establishment was attended by numerous guests, including Tamara Falcó, who gave her unconditional support to her husband, as well as family and close friends of Onieva. The Casa Salesas restaurant, located in a three-level premises on Fernando VI Street, number 6, stands out for its decoration by the renowned interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
