Carmen Lomana has said enough. She does not understand why Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada has been launching one volley after another at her for no reason. To be precise, she understands but she doesn’t believe it. At least, she is clear about the cause of a very recent one and it is merely economic. This is how she explains it in conversation with La Vanguardia.

“I went to Sálvame Deluxe once and since then they have called me many times to repeat it. And me, no. Recently they insisted again: ‘That Ágatha wants you both to sit on a set and make peace. I replied that I hadn’t had a fight with her and I didn’t have to make any peace and that, in any case, it wouldn’t be on a set in front of the entire audience. Then she took a rebound… she went berserk because she wanted to make money and the program wouldn’t pay her what she wanted if she went alone. So she said ‘I have material to destroy it’. Of course, when those of the Deluxe heard “destroy”, well, that’s it. A woman who says that is already disqualifying herself.”

Before speaking with Carmen, we surveyed some of her friends to discover that in reality she and the designer have not only known each other their whole lives, but have become very close. “Not only has Ágatha been to her house countless times, but she is one of the few people who has visited her retreat in San Sebastián and she even met her husband, Guillermo, who passed away more than 20 years ago. years. Carmen believes that she has always been conflictive, but anyway, they were her friends and she found it amusing.

Since the two parted ways, friendship no longer clouded the gaze of Carmen, who in private –and in public, if asked openly– extols Pedro Jota’s real estate generosity towards Ágatha after their divorce. “Even his noble titles can be thanked to him, who campaigned a lot from his newspaper, fighting against the eldership that was denied to women.”

Carmen is getting ready to go out while talking to this newspaper. She is invited to Luis Gasset’s birthday, paradoxically, the ex-partner of her former friend. “It is that Luis and I are very close friends. She has the doors of almost all of Madrid closed, no one can even see her, she has turned Franco’s queen green, she has called everyone tacky… In fact, everything changed because of a WhatsApp that I sent her to try to stop her. It was before the confinement. I advised her not to continue insulting Pedro Jota continuously, since he never referred to her, neither for better nor for worse. I told him that it was not convenient for him to go to programs like Sálvame Deluxe to insult him and call him anything, that he was the father of his children, that… That he was making a fool of himself. From that message, she hated me. She blocked me. She is a woman who does not admit advice. We met in places and she said hello and goodbye until she dedicated herself to turning me green everywhere ”.

Carmen ends with the designer’s latest affront: accusing her of orchestrating a boycott so that they withdraw the Mantilla of the Year of Honor distinction, awarded by COPE-Marbella last weekend. “It is the Catholic associations who have jumped on him: on TV he has declared himself pro-abortion and in a later interview he came to say that whoever was not in favor was a fascist. But he goes on saying that Carmen Lomana has dedicated herself to collecting signatures to get her prize taken away. What a barbarity, if I was in Paris and knew nothing! She has even said that I had called the mayor of Marbella, a position held by a lady. But what is this, the center of the world? If I never think of her, she is a character that I feel sorry for, the colorful colors seem pathetic to me”.
