Dias de tele has landed one more night on TVE. This week, the program presented by Julia Otero, recalled Un, dos tres, the program that delighted contestants and viewers along with Álvaro Morte, Amaia Salamanca, Florentino Fernández, Laura Escanes, Erundino Alonso and Paz Herrera.
Amaia Salamanca has shared with Julia Otero her memories of the Televisión Española contest and her professional beginnings. The actress has commented how her role in Sin tetas no hay paraíso changed her life: “She was a before and after professionally and personally. I began to be known,” she recalled.
“I started when I was 20 years old and at that time I made a series, Sin tetas no hay paraíso. It was a before and after professionally and personally. I began to be known, people saw me at home and recognized me on the street,” Amaia Salamanca has told about her beginnings.
“When I started, it was not clear to me that I wanted to dedicate myself to this. I was studying a double degree in law. Now I don’t see myself in that. When I was little, I worked as a waitress, private classes… to earn money and have my independence”, has secured the actress.
On the other hand, the actress has also recounted the reaction of her parents when she decided to become an actress: “My parents have always been very empirical in education. They told me please not to give up my degree, to try to do both… However, with the 12-hour-a-day shoots, it was impossible to maintain both things at the same time. I told them that I was going to leave it completely to follow that path and they saw me excited… They didn’t say anything to me”.
It was in October 2010 when Telecinco broadcast Felipe and Letizia, a love story. The miniseries caused a real stir because we were able to see on television how the relationship between Felipe de Borbón and Letizia Ortiz arose, when she was still working as a news presenter. Amaia Salamanca was in charge of interpreting Doña Letizia on the small screen.
“It raises many doubts because he is a living character, known to the whole world,” Amaia assured. In addition, she has commented that they never received any message from the Royal House.
