Elegant and energy-efficient mobile mini-homes are an increasingly attractive option for a part of the population attracted at the same time by nomadic life and comfort. To respond to this demand, designers are integrating all kinds of comforts and luxuries into their creations.
As a result, tiny houses have evolved considerably in recent years, proving that you can live in a small space without giving up anything. The manufacturer Modern Tiny Living never ceases to surprise with its innovative designs, which always incorporate premium miniature features. Their most recent creation is called Sangja and, for many, it could be the perfect luxury tiny home.
With a length of only 8.5 meters and an ingenious design, this proposal achieves an optimal balance between versatility and comfort. In addition, it includes comfort elements that are more often found in large mansions than in alternatives of this style, such as a large bathtub to relax as if you were in a spa.
The new Sangja is supported by a three-axle trailer. It has a modern exterior aesthetic with black wood siding, cedar details and an asymmetrical gable roof that creates an imposing and dynamic silhouette. Large windows, a glass door and a skylight guarantee light inside and a feeling of spaciousness. From within, we will also have the perception of being perfectly integrated with the environment.
The well-proportioned interior can accommodate up to five people. The mobile home consists of a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one main on the ground floor and a second in the attic) and a large, modern bathroom. The private rooms are harmoniously combined with the common areas, creating open and fluid spaces through sliding doors.
The design is characterized by simplicity, clean lines and a neutral color scheme, with various maple plywood walls. A vertical slatted wall and another black trim wall are added in the living room to add visual appeal and subtle sophistication.
The living room communicates with the kitchen and dining room, offering a unified and informal space that can adapt to a variety of activities, from leisure to office work. The kitchen is elegant and modern. It incorporates high-end family-sized appliances: an oven, propane cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator, and sink. It also boasts an attractive breakfast bar and an original storage area for plates and glasses.
The bathroom is modern and stylish, with beautiful honeycomb tiles installed on the wall. Separated from the rest of the house via an opaque frosted glass sliding door, it is equipped with an attractive freestanding bathtub, a shower, a vanity incorporating a washer-dryer, a sink and a toilet.
Other additional amenities included are a propane water heater and different water tanks. Since the Sangja is a custom model, there is no exact information on the final cost, but the Catalina model on which it is based has a starting price of 125,000 euros.
