With the aim of offering the best shopping experience, a new more visual, faster and safer update has been launched.

The renewed version improves the My Pyri application in several aspects. It has a design more adapted to the needs and expectations of its customers, increases security and shortens loading times. Once the update is done, the user must enter the credentials (e-mail and password) and continue enjoying the benefits of the program. For devices with manual updates, the customer must go to the APP Store (Apple) or the Play Store (Android) and perform the update.

In case the user has forgotten the credentials, the application presents the option “I do not remember the e-mail or the password”. By indicating the email or the card number, you can recover your My Pyri account quickly to continue enjoying the most complete loyalty program in Andorra. And it is that the exclusive advantages program of the Pyrénées Group incorporates continuous improvements to promote a better relationship between the client and the company.

On average, Pyrénées launches two promotional campaigns per month and sends more than 40 special coupons to My Pyri customers, allowing them to enjoy discounts and promotions tailored to their tastes and needs.
