The company Indigitall, which offers a SaaS (software as a service) to personalize brands’ incoming and outgoing digital communications with their customers, has closed a series A financing round worth six million euros led by the venture capital firm American Data Point Capital and with the Spanish GoHub Ventures and Adara Ventures.
As pointed out by the CEO and co-founder of the company, Juan Carlos de la Vela, “this round will allow us to focus on the opening and launch of our services in the United States, and accelerate our growth in Latam and Spain.” For his part, the company’s co-founder, Xavier Omella, pointed out that “the round represents a great step that confirms the strategy followed by the company to be the leading company and market reference in digital communications.”
Indigitall was born in Madrid with the mission of crossing digital borders and adapting each marketing campaign to the preferences of each client in all its digital channels. The startup, through its software equipped with artificial intelligence, solves the lack of personalization and relevance in digital communications by brands, in addition to the fragmentation of solutions in the market.
“We were very impressed with the momentum Indigitall has built around its platform, while maintaining a high level of efficiency,” said Mike Majors of Data Point Capital. “Achieving triple-digit revenue growth over the past three years signals both the strength of the business and the leadership of Juan Carlos and Xavier, and we are very pleased to partner with them in this next phase.”
“Its exponential growth, the potential of its product, together with the knowledge and vision of the founders, and its ability to attract foreign capital, are the factors that lead us to bet on Indigitall. During the process, the team has demonstrated a clear ambition to take the company to the next level, and at GoHub Ventures we want to support them on that path,” says Inés Calabuig, Managing Partner at GoHub Ventures.
“Indigitall has already demonstrated its transformative impact on business, and we believe they are well positioned to become global leaders with their AI-based service and approach to Customer Journeys,” adds Rocío Pillado, partner at Adara Ventures. “We look forward to support them in this next stage of growth.”
