She says to Ekstra Bladet, she usually is a pretty cool type – ‘a good trait to have as a doctor – but when she came home from work Saturday evening, it was with a lump in your throat.

The past few days, she and many colleagues has been very busy and has intensified very much to deal with the wave of patients who are increasingly coming in to be checked for the new coronavirus.

– It is as if there has been a silence before the storm, but now there are so many who come in to be checked. It is a striking cover, and we brands have already an incipient resource depletion, says Camilla Fjord Thomsen.
