The Danish world champion in road cycling, Mads Pedersen (Trek), withdraws from Paris-Nice, while the rest of the team run on Saturday.
It informs the Trek on Twitter.
the Reason is that the Danish authorities have invited all Danish citizens to return home if they are abroad because of the fear of the spread of the coronavirus.
the Rest of Trek-team is running, however Saturday’s stage in the course, which will be the last, according to the organizer on Friday announced that Sunday 8. stage is cancelled.
