The plan is based on the reinforcement and expansion of the maintenance of public space, co-responsibility, coexistence, efficient use of public resources and orientation towards results, impact and perception. The Endreça Plan will be developed in three phases: the first starts now, and the last, in April 2024.
The Endreça Plan has defined three priority areas of action:
Urban services, which include cleaning the city and maintaining public space.
Finally, the Endreça Plan focuses on the territory, attending to the needs of citizens from the proximity and paying attention to health and social action.

An office to order the plan
The Endreça Plan Office is directed by the municipal Management with the collaboration of the managements involved in the plan, Security, Urban Services, Territory and Social Action and Health. She has been in charge of defining the strategic framework of the plan and, from now on, she will guarantee the resources, supervise the deployment and evaluate the results, impact and perception.
A weekly coordination calendar is established for all municipal operational services involved in caring for public space and guaranteeing coexistence in the city.
