In Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia we can see how the sun rises in the spring dawn in the church of Sant Andreu de la Vola, in Sant Pere de Torelló (Osona).
It is a church of Romanesque origin, although greatly modified over time. The place of La Vola appears documented from the year 923 with the form Avetola.
The church is located to the north of the municipal area, next to the BV-5224 road that connects it to Sant Pere de Torelló to the south and to the Vall de Bas to the north through the Coll de Bracons.
The natural environment is ideal for excursions through the forest. It is precisely during these hiking trails when we can capture images like these sunrises.
Sant Andreu de la Vola is also a locality, which forms part of the municipality of Sant Pere de Torelló, with about fifteen inhabitants.
