In total there will be 6,000 shares at a rate of 1,000 euros each. In this way, Jocs SA complies with the obligation established in the specifications of the international tender that the Government of Andorra called for the granting of the first and only casino license in the country and that the Andorran company won.
Natural or legal persons who are interested in acquiring these popular shares must be Andorran or resident in the Principality and may apply from June 12 to July 31, although this date could be reduced depending on Of demand.
Parallel to the issuance of popular shares provided for in the specifications, Jocs SA also issues a second package of class A shares aimed at Andorran, resident or foreign individuals and legal entities. In this case, it is a 19% capital increase, with a total amount of 11.4 million euros.
The acquisition of these shares is reserved for investors from 150,000 euros. Unlike popular shareholders, which apart from the fact that they can be acquired from 1,000 euros also allow access to a program of advantages in addition to being entitled to dividends, class A shareholders will also have political rights in the company.
The expected average return is estimated at 6.82% from the fourth year. In this sense, it is expected that shareholders begin to receive benefits in 2026 and until the end of the license, currently 17 years but extendable for 20 more years.
In order to acquire shares, a request must be made through the Unnic website, at the information points that have been set up in Unnic or by calling 376 747 847.
