The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested two men on Friday accused of raping a co-worker this summer while they were on vacation in Ibiza. According to ‘El Caso’ and sources from the investigation confirmed to ACN, the woman reported the incident at the Hospitalet de Llobregat police station on Friday.
As they were co-workers, the identification and location was very quick, so the agents were able to arrest the alleged perpetrators of the events the same day at the hotel where they work, in Barcelona. They are accused of a crime of sexual assault with penetration.
The judge released them with precautionary measures, agreeing to periodic appearance before the judicial authority, restraining order and incommunicado detention.
According to the digital, the woman took a while to file the complaint because she had to assimilate the events that occurred and find out what to do. The victim would also have witnesses who would corroborate her version of events.
The men were interrogated over the weekend at the Les Corts police station and were handed over to the investigative court number 1 of Hospitalet de Llobregat, where the magistrate agreed to appear periodically before the judicial authority, to be removed and incommunicado with respect to the victim. The judge recused himself in a court in Palma.
