Two people have died and three others have been injured after a van crashed into the facade of a home in the municipality of Jérica (Castellón), as reported by the Emergency Coordination Center.
The accident occurred around 11:20 p.m. this Sunday and the deceased are two men, between 25 and 30 years old, while the injured are another man, 26 years old, who has been treated for multiple contusions, and a 23-year-old woman assisted by multiple trauma and a 2-year-old girl with bruises.
A unit from the SAMU and another from the Basic Vital Service (SVB) were mobilized to the scene of the event, along with a Primary Care doctor, and the three injured have been transferred to the Sagunto hospital, as reported by the same sources.
Firefighters from the Castellón provincial consortium, from the Alto Palancia park, a command unit from the Plana Baixa park, and agents from the Civil Traffic Guard were also deployed.
Firefighters have freed the two people who were trapped inside the vehicle, who have died.
The other three injured, including a minor, were also traveling in the van, as reported by the Castellón provincial fire department consortium.
