The Tremp City Council and the Pirineos Watt Association have created ‘EleKtra. The festival of light and water’ to commemorate the arrival of La Canadiane in Pallars, more than a hundred years ago, and the impact of the construction of the Sant Antoni hydroelectric plant.
Until now, many activities related to the construction of hydroelectric plants and the modernization in the country that they generated have been carried out, but in an academic and technical manner. Now, activities have been scheduled to disseminate in a playful way and to all audiences the impact that this event generated in Pallars. Among the many activities, which will take place from September 27 to 29, the recreations by the company Els Comediants stand out.
