Day seven of the 2022 Tour de France. Tomblaine will be the starting point for stage 7 of the competition and the finish line will be located at La Super Planche des Belles Filles. In total, the cyclists will cover 176.3 kilometers and will face the first mountain stage, with three ports.

The Slovenian cyclist Tadej Pogacar (UAE Team Emirates) has won this Thursday the sixth stage of the Tour de France, disputed between Binche – Longwy.

The cyclists will ascend along the first 100 kilometers until they reach the first third category port. Later they will face another of the same category and finally they will end up climbing a first category port.

The seventh stage of the Tour de France will take place this Friday, July 8, starting at 1:05 p.m. The cyclists will cover a total of 176.3 kilometers between Tomblaine and La Super Planche des Belles Filles. The 21 stages can be seen live on Teledeporte and RTVE Play, with narration by Carlos de Andrés and comments by former cyclist Perico Delgado. The competition can also be followed by DAZN, Eurosport and La Vanguardia.
