Three people were injured this Sunday morning in the accident of a float in Puigcerdá (Girona).
As reported by the Sistema d’Emergències Mèdiques (SEM), these are two women who were transferred to the Hospital de Cerdanya in mild condition and a third who made it very serious. The float was part of the parade that took place in the Schierbeck Park area, where the emblematic pond of the municipality is located, and it has detached from the vehicle that was transporting it in a curve.
The SEM has activated four land units and, apart from those hospitalized, has treated 16 people.
The City Council has informed that it has suspended the rest of the activities of the Festa de l’Estany this Sunday except the pyromusical.
