The Mossos d’Esquadra have arrested two men specialized in robberies with force in homes that operated mainly in the Vallès Oriental region, where they would have committed up to 8 crimes.
As reported by the Generalitat Police on Tuesday, those arrested searched urbanizations in search of houses that presented some vulnerable point through which to enter, and accessed homes by scaling or after breaking doors or windows in search of jewelry, electronic devices or cash.
In one of the cases, they entered a house from where they took the safe with the help of two other accomplices, managing to lower it into the street at dawn, while one of the investigated brought a vehicle closer to ensure their escape.
During the investigation, the safe and some jewelry were recovered.
On June 13, the investigators made an entry and search at the homes of those investigated and arrested the two investigated thieves, who already accumulated a dozen records for robberies with force at homes.
Subsequently, they were handed over to Investigating Court 2 of Granollers (Barcelona) as the alleged perpetrators of eight burglaries at homes, three of them attempted.
