The Government Delegation against Gender Violence is collecting data on the murder due to alleged gender violence of a 49-year-old woman whose body, according to the Civil Guard without signs of violence, appeared this Thursday at her home in the Valencian town of Godelleta.
The Civil Guard has arrested a man for these events, as he had broken the restraining order he had against the woman.
Agents from the Territorial Team of the Judicial Police of Riba-roja de Túria have taken charge of the investigation and the body has been transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine of Valencia to perform the autopsy and clarify the cause of death.
