Agents of the Local Police of Valencia have located during the early hours of this Saturday to Sunday a van used as a warehouse to store illegal pyrotechnic material, with large pieces, most of them not suitable for sale to the public.
The vehicle was found after the agents identified three people of Dutch nationality next to the Palau de la Música who were carrying illegal pyrotechnic material, as reported by the police force.
In total, they have seized 117 units of category F2 fireworks, 178 units of F3 and 95 units of F4, with up to 150 grams of gunpowder and without legal labeling. Thus, the agents have drawn up three minutes for alleged violation of article 36 of LO 4/2015, the Noise Pollution Ordinance and the Failure Band.
On the other hand, during the night 31 noise interventions were carried out and 11 complaints were filed; There have been three attacks, and the agents have carried out 55 humanitarian services, 29 of them for alcohol consumption. There is no person detained.
