The Mossos have dismantled a cannabis association in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in Vallès Occidental (Barcelona) and have arrested one of its leaders as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health. The man is 46 years old.

The arrest was made on September 27 after the police learned that drug trafficking was taking place inside the establishment, which was legally constituted.

At the same time, the agents searched the premises where they seized 19,100 grams of marijuana, 2,250 grams of hashish, 100 grams of cigarettes already prepared with these substances, three scales, an oil extraction machine and one for using gases to manufacture oils. and resins.

The investigation made it possible to detect unusual activity around the association. There was a high movement of people entering the premises and leaving after a short time.

When stopping and searching these clients, the Mossos verified that they were carrying marijuana. According to the police, the unemployed citizens stated that they had just bought the drugs inside the establishment.

According to the statutes of cannabis associations, marijuana cannot leave the premises and must be consumed solely and exclusively inside.

The police investigations also made it possible to detect that a crime of electricity fraud was also being committed in the association.
