TheWorld’s 50 BestRestaurants 2023 has revealed the list of restaurants ranked from 51 to 100, ahead of the annual awards ceremony that will take place in Valencia on June 20.

In the 21st edition of the awards, the expanded classification presents restaurants from the five continents. The ranking is the result of the votes of the 1,080 independent authorities in the world of gastronomy who draw up The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 list.

With three new entries from South America, two new cities –Quito and Panama City– are represented on the list for the first time: Nuema, in Quito, at number 79, and Maito, in Panama City, at number 100.

Europe also gets new entries: Enrico Bartolini, Milan (85); Kei, Paris (93); Ceto, the latest opening of Mauro Colagreco in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin (95) and Ricard Camarena Restaurant, in the host city of Valencia (96). In Türkiye, Turk Fatih Tutak makes his debut in 1966.

Asia has new entries: Nusara (74) and Potong (88) in Bangkok, along with Labyrinth (97) in Singapore.
