The viral message from a train driver to Cercanías passengers in Madrid: “The service is being degraded due to incompetence”

This Monday in Madrid, dozens of passengers on a train had to get off the convoy and walk on foot to the Atocha station, in the center of the city. All after spending an hour locked in the train, without air conditioning and very hot, according to some users.

Hours after the incident, a problem occurred again that forced a train to stop for half an hour. The driver gave a speech over the public address system that was widely applauded on social networks in which he attacked the service and encouraged users to file complaints. The video of the moment was published by the newspaper La Razón.

“We have been standing here for more than half an hour. I encourage you to post a claim or complaint form on social media. This service is being degraded day by day by incompetent people who run companies that belong to everyone. “That affects us all,” he said over the public address system.

In addition, the driver also apologizes: “We will wait for the signals to turn on. I have already requested three times that they tell us what is happening so that you can get home, but we continue here.”
