The Riera Major river (a tributary of the Ter) has recovered its flow and the green landscape in Viladrau and Sant Sadurní d’Osormort, Osona region, as we appreciate in these photographs in Las Fotos de los Lectores de La Vanguardia.
We can see the detail of the leaks next to the lock, so that the fish that need it for reproduction can go up the river.
The Riera Major originates in Montseny, municipality of Viladrau, passes through Sant Sadurní d’Osormort and ends its course in the Ter River, downstream of the Sau reservoir.
The last photo shows us a flooded road, in the surroundings of the Riera Major riverbed, which cannot be crossed as it is very dangerous.
Civil Protection of the Generalitat de Catalunya has already deactivated the alert of the Inuncat plan due to the forecast of heavy rains after the episode of yesterday Tuesday that allowed the Riera Major to flood.
