The Maritime Rescue robot has located this Sunday the fishing boat Vilaboa Uno, sunk off the coast of Santander and inside which it is believed that the missing sailor may be, who will continue to be searched for this Monday.

The Rov Comanche, which arrived in Santander this Sunday morning, found the ship in which two other fishermen perished at around 1:10 p.m.

As reported by the Government Delegation in Cantabria, the device will resume early this Monday, again with the participation of the robot that operates Maritime Rescue from the ship Don Inda, which has transported it from Ferrol (A Coruña).

While the in-depth search continues, it also does so on the surface by air with the Helimer 202 helicopters of Salvamento Marítimo and Cuco of the Civil Guard, while by sea there are the patrol boats Río Aller and Río Guadalhorce of the Civil Guard. Salvamar Deneb will also join these media this Monday.

The Vilaboa Uno sank at dawn last Monday with ten crew members on board, seven of whom were rescued by boats that were in the area, after notifying the Maritime Rescue that it had a leak in the hull.
