I have photographed for La Vanguardia Readers’ Photos the sunset with the last lights over the snowy Montseny, which I photographed yesterday in Vic, in the Osona region. In one of the snapshots we see Les Agudes, while in the other image we see Matagalls.

With 1706 meters of altitude, Les Agudes is part of the Montseny massif. It is straddling the regions of La Selva and Vallès Oriental.

Les Agudes is accessed from the south, by the forest trail that goes up to Turó de l’Home, crossing the mountain pass of Coll Sesbasses and following the path that leads directly to the top of Les Agudes.

The Matagalls is a mountain of 1698 meters of altitude, located between the municipalities of Brull and Viladrau in the region of Osona, and that of Montseny, in the Vallès Oriental.

At the time of taking the photographs, the sky was covered, but on the horizon there was a gap with the sky clear, through this gap the sun has illuminated Montseny. Later, when the sun had already hidden behind the horizon, the western sky remained spectacular for a moment.
