The Generalitat, as usual, shared the primary and ESO skills exams on its website after taking them. So far, everything is normal. The problem is, however, that the Department of Education did not know that there were still a hundred institutes that had not yet completed them.
As El País has reported, a week before exam day, the students realized the Generalitat’s oversight, they explained it and many of them were able to access the website and find out the questions that would be found in the tests.
The newspaper explains that images of the exams began to circulate – also on social networks. When a teacher from one of the institutes that had not yet taken the exam found out, he discovered that the tests were uploaded on the Generalitat website.
Although the teacher warned the students that they would surely not be the questions they would finally encounter, the surprise came when he took the exams out of the envelope and, indeed, they were the same.
As expected, the students had prepared the answers to the leaked questions. “I have enough students, just 5, who have done the Mathematics exam in 15 minutes,” this teacher explained to El País.
Despite the controversy that this error has generated, Educació wanted to remove the irony and has already said that the results of these institutes will not be taken into account.
