The Civil Guard has captured the dog, a Carea shepherd, that had yet to be caught after the attack by a pack on a 27-year-old woman in Zamora and which caused the death of the young woman. The puppy, about six months old, was near the livestock farm where the events occurred.
The members of Seprona and the Cynological Service of the Civil Guard have participated in the search for the dog since the attack occurred.
The animal will now be transferred to a canine center located in the town of Simancas, where the rest of the dogs that participated in the attack on the woman are located.
The dogs will be in that location until the judicial authority makes a decision on their future, sources from the Government Delegation of Castilla y León have assured.
