The Ebro Hydrographic Confederation (CHE) maintains the Segre river basin in an emergency situation in the biweekly preview of the monthly report of drought indices published this Wednesday.
On the contrary, with current data, the territorial unit of Baix Ebre would be outside the emergency.
According to the CHE, in the first 15 days, the reserves in this area have been favored by the consequences of the storms at the end of October and beginning of November. On the other hand, the Noguera Pallaresa and the Noguera Ribagorçana rivers remain on alert.
