In these photographs in La Vanguardia Readers’ Photos we can contemplate (and check) what the surroundings of the Ter River look like as it passes through Torelló, in Osona, with a lot of water and very beautiful spring colors.
The Ter river rises in Ulldeter at 2,480 meters of altitude, at the foot of a glacial cirque in the Pyrenean region of Ripollès, very close to the town of Setcases.
One way to discover this beautiful spring is by following the Vora Ter path, which starts in Torelló and extends for 20 kilometers accompanying the river through small towns to the town of Manlleu.
The Vora Ter emerged in 2002 with the aim of bordering the course of the Ter River from its source in the eastern Pyrenees to its mouth in the Mediterranean.
The landscapes through which you pass are of great interest, as is the case of the Montesquiu Castle park, the Bellmunt mountain range and the Sau marsh, with the Collsacabra and the Guilleries on one side and the other.
