The Llum Festival lights up again. Today and tomorrow from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and on Sunday from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., Poblenou and the surrounding area of ??Plaza de las Glòries, from Meridiana to the Center del Poblenou park, will have forty installations specially designed for each space. The organizers, led by Maria Güell Ordàs (artistic director), propose three routes so as not to miss anything.

The itineraries have been designed to promote mobility in the area, they have easy access with public transport and are connected. In addition, there will be two information points located in front of the MediaTIC building and in the Plaza de Josep Antoni Coderch.

It focuses on the area around the DHUB and Avenida de la Meridiana, on both sides. Pay attention, because the area near Glòries is under construction and is complicated, but do not stop visiting it because there you will find the creations of great artists such as Jou Serra (L’Auditori), Antoni Arola (TNC) or TAKK (Mercat dels Encants), in addition to other installations created by students of the Institute of Advanced Architecture of Catalonia or the Massana School.

On the other side of the Meridiana, on the Tànger site you have three schools in the same space (ESDAP Campus Deià and Campus Llotja and IED Barcelona). In the surroundings of the DHUB you will find the proposals of United Visual Artists – UVA (which is part of an exhibition that can be visited beyond Llum BCN 24), of Caroline Robert and Vincent Morisset (Studio AATOAA) or of Elisa Storelli. You will also find an installation that talks about young talent at the Yamaha Light Meeting Point.

A second proposal is to start the route along the lilac itinerary. There you will be able to see some works that are, for the most part, located on the T4 tram line that runs along Diagonal (Ca l’Aranyó, Pere IV, Fluvià), which will make it easier to get from one point to the other. It includes the installations of artists and schools located around the MediaTIC (Jardins de Ca l’Aranyó, Museu Can Framis, Universitat Pompeu Fabra) and the Center del Poblenou park.

The itinerary includes proposals located between Plaça de les Glòries and Diagonal and Bac de Roda, both from participating artists (only in the Center del Poblenou park, you already have three, those of Anna Ridler, Joris Strijbos

A third itinerary, this one orange, will take you into Poblenou, following the axis of Pamplona Street towards the sea and, in parallel, along Pujades Street between Bogatell and Llacuna. They are mainly installations by local Poblenou artists, organized by the Poblenou Urban District association. There you will find the works of multidisciplinary artists (OFF Llum section) such as Agustina Palazzo, Mario García or Beat Me Lab, among others.
