Rosalía’s empire continues to grow. After releasing Motomami, one of the most critically acclaimed musical albums, the Catalan puts the microphone aside to launch herself into unknown territory: the real estate sector.
The singer and songwriter has created Tresmamis SL, her first company dedicated to the real estate sector. Of course, as her name suggests, it will be managed by her mother and her manager, Pilar Tobella Aguilera, who will manage this prosperous business.
As the description of the site itself points out, Tresmamis SL is a company specialized in “promotion, construction, purchase, sale, lease and marketing in general of all types of buildings, land, plots, rural and urban properties.”
Likewise, the new company will merge with Motomami SL, the singer’s parent company, which has been managing all of its products for a few years.
It is not the first time that Rosalía works side by side with her family. Her sister, Pilar Vila Tobella, is an essential figure in her artistic career, managing the most visual aspects of the singer (styling, public relations, etc.)
Without a doubt, this new business adventure can be very beneficial for the diva, whose company Motomami SL reports significant income of 3.6 million euros according to the accounts presented in the fiscal year 2022.
