The acting court of Balaguer has agreed to provisional prison, communicated and without bail for the 28-year-old man accused of stabbing a man on Saturday morning in the club area of ??the Almenar festivities (Lleida) and injuring to four other people.
The case is open for the crime of attempted homicide.
The young man is accused of stabbing a resident of Alfarràs three times, who had to undergo emergency surgery at the same scene and was transferred in serious condition with a mobile ICU to the Arnau de Vilanova University Hospital in Lleida.
