The events for which the Estonian authorities were claiming the fugitive occurred in June 2020, and they found the merchandise during a house search in this small place in the Slavic country. The man had taken refuge on the Costa del Sol, although he continually changed residence to avoid being identified.
The fugitive, who had recently been included on the list of Europe’s most wanted people “EUROPE’S MOST WANTED FUGITIVES”, had a European Arrest and Surrender Order (OEDE) issued by the Estonian authorities.
